Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders. This service provides reliable delivery within 2-4 working days and includes tracking for your convenience.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday-Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your shipment online at Royal Mail Tracking.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@lucid-supplements.com with your order number. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
